John Vince Foods is a well-known manufacturer and distributor of the Planters product line among many others. When it wanted to get the most out of its Syntax Systems ERP system, it turned to Beefive Technologies. Beefive Technologies provided John Vince Foods with site surveys, integration to ERP services, as well as installation of a wireless LAN from Symbol Technologies. With the use of a Symbol PDT 6840 RF terminal, several Syntax Systems applications including receiving, picking, put away, and shipping with inventory to follow, are now being used at the point of activity.
